Refund Policy

This Policy describes when refunds may be available. Because services begin promptly, refund eligibility depends on service status.
1. Before a Service Begins
If work has not yet started on your service, you may request a full refund of the service fee within 7 days of purchase.
2. After a Service Begins
Once a trader has been assigned and work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable, as resources have been committed on your behalf.
3. Failed Challenges
A failed challenge is not automatically eligible for a refund, as our fee covers professional effort, not a guaranteed outcome. Specific service packages may include retry terms shown at purchase.
4. How to Request
Open a Support ticket with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
