These Terms govern your use of PassPropChallenges.com and the services we provide. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring our services are permitted in your jurisdiction.
2. Services
We provide prop-firm challenge passing, fund management, consultation, and educational services. Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are described at the point of purchase and in your dashboard.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments
Fees are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed manually or via a supported gateway. All fees are stated in the listed currency and are due before a service begins unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account details and required documents, and comply with each prop firm’s rules. We are not liable for outcomes caused by inaccurate information or rule violations outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trading involves substantial risk. Our services do not guarantee profits or that any challenge will be passed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
